what we do with
your data.
you're on our waitlist because you gave us your email. this page says what happens to it, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted. that's the whole thing.
worth being upfront about one thing: momint is 2 people building an app right now, not a registered company yet. when that changes, the legal details go here.
three things, that's it.

your email. you typed it into the form. we keep it so we can email you once, when we open the door.

your ip and browser info. grabbed when you hit submit. it's there to stop bots and stop one person signing up a thousand times.

where you came from. the referrer header, if your browser sends one. it just tells us roughly where signups are coming from. it's a url, not a profile.
a shorter list, on purpose.
we don't sell your email or rent it out. it doesn't go to an ad network or a data broker.
there are no tracking pixels on this page, no analytics scripts following you around, no session recordings of you moving your mouse. the only outside services that ever touch your data are the three below, and they're here because the site genuinely can't run without them.

our hosting provider. the server your data sits on. they can technically reach it because it's on their hardware. they don't touch it.

an email service. when the launch email finally goes out, we hand your address to a sending provider so it lands in your inbox instead of spam.

cloudflare turnstile. this keeps bots off the form. it runs in your browser and may look at technical signals (ip, browser details, how you interact with the page) to decide you're a real person. cloudflare handles that under their turnstile privacy addendum: cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy.
until we launch, plus a little.
your email sticks around until we open the door and write to you, plus a short buffer after in case you reply. if you make an account at launch, it moves into that account and the waitlist row is deleted. if you never sign up, we clear your entry within six months of launching. the ip and browser info gets wiped after ninety days either way.
take it back whenever.
email hello@momintapp.com and say you want out. it's done within seven days and we'll reply to confirm. no form to fill in, no reason needed. want to see what we've got on you first? ask, and we'll send it back as a plain text file.
if this changes, you'll hear it.
if we ever change what we collect or who we share it with, we'll update the date up top and email the waitlist before it kicks in. small stuff like fixing a typo, we'll just fix quietly.
